Tommy Kahn had great luck who in the 4thth minute grab hold of the ball when Herbert Kaznocha from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The FC Autolycus fans' excitement grew in the 4th match minute when FC Autolycus's Herbert Kaznocha looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 8th minute, Herbert Kaznocha fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Tommy Kahn, passed just outside the right post. Pablo Viator scored 2-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 15 minutes into the game, Germany's Frank Sachs nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fryderyk Budzynski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Jacek Krzynowek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Jacek Krzynowek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 23 minutes of play, FC Autolycus's Pablo Viator made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! Adrian Dreifuss hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Pablo Viator scored 4-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 33 minutes into the match, Germany's Frank Sachs sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fryderyk Budzynski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Herbert Kaznocha kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tommy Kahn. That made the score 5-1 in the 35 minute of play. After 42 minutes, Gigel Gologan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Autolycus and the Germany players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 43rd match minute, FC Autolycus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gigel Gologan to maneuver through the defense. Adrian Dreifuss kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herbert Kaznocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-1.

Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-2. 80 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Herbert Kaznocha came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Kryspin Lichniak got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tommy Kahn quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Frank Sachs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Fryderyk Budzynski made a huge save. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Autolycus's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Frank Sachs was slow to take the kick. During this time Germany's players had a chance to rest. 86 minutes into the game, Albin Holweck was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Germany's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Autolycus the free kick. In the 86th minute, Albin Holweck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Germany booed when FC Autolycus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gigel Gologan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Herbert Kaznocha struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Autolycus. In the 99th minute of the match Kryspin Lichniak sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Kahn skillfully saved the ball.
