Moisés Novaes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. From close distance Edinson Gentenaar pressed in the 1-0 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 15 minutes into the game. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, JFSP's Juanfran Gentenaar got a free kick in the 24th minute. Juanfran Gentenaar kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulinho Batista. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Edinson Gentenaar tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 36th minute, Antal Valentin made a precise shot to the right of Moisés Novaes. JFSP's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edinson Gentenaar made a kick off. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Szekeres Tamas hit a great ball. In the 61st minute, Juanfran Gentenaar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. JFSP made a substitution. Jeferson Aguiar replaced Kārlis Straubegs. Juanfran Gentenaar hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Boros Benedek kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. If Balazs Lajos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Balazs Lajos struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Moisés Novaes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. With a little luck, JFSP's Moisés Novaes got control of the ball when Major Barna tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 74th minute, Balazs Lajos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Moisés Novaes. The goal made the score 1-2. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulinho Batista in the 81st minute of play. In the 85th minute, Juanfran Gentenaar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th minute of the match Flaco López shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fodor Daniel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 94th minute Jeferson Aguiar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hungary's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
