One of Denmark:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Falconara Albanese:s goal. After 24th play minutes Dráuzio Pontes shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Keld Paulsen and just under the crossbar into goal. Dráuzio Pontes might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Keld Paulsen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dráuzio Pontes ran back to his position shaking his head. Dráuzio Pontes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Keld Paulsen made a huge save. 31 minutes into the match, Falconara Albanese's goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but Arne Grabner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 34 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Kenn Skou. Dráuzio Pontes struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Keld Paulsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Falconara Albanese. The corner led Falconara Albanese's Esteve Garin to fire away a dangerous shot which Keld Paulsen despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Kenan Bozdoğan made in the 39th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Dráuzio Pontes immediately put the ball in play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esteve Garin in the 41st minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Falconara Albanese's Arsenio Eufrasio got a free kick in the 44th minute. Dráuzio Pontes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Keld Paulsen made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chris Nygaard stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Dráuzio Pontes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Keld Paulsen was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 54 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Dráuzio Pontes came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenn Skou to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Dráuzio Pontes made a precise shot to the right of Keld Paulsen. Denmark's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. After 61 minutes of play, Falconara Albanese's Dráuzio Pontes made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Keld Paulsen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Falconara Albanese's Martin Goren was substituted for Dráuzio Pontes. Falconara Albanese's Honorio Firman was substituted for Anier Omero. When Falconara Albanese's Martin Goren in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The supporters of Denmark booed when Falconara Albanese was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kaarlo Menem didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 77 played minutes, Denmark's Lars Steen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arne Grabner came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Denmark reached it. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Goren in the 80th minute of the match. Keld Paulsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaarlo Menem, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. If Honorio Firman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute, Kaarlo Menem left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Falconara Albanese fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. There was no doubt that Falconara Albanese were the better team. Falconara Albanese's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
