Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Adam Olaru started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, KFC Paal-Tervant's goalkeeper Freddy Tilens had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rasvan Cristescu. Carol Stinga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Davus, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute Adam Olaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Tilens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adam Olaru in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Freddy Tilens prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Romania's Carol Stinga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Davus in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th minute of the match, Sanda Cutov tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Freddy Tilens saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to KFC Paal-Tervant getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. William Huijghens hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Serban in the 12th minute of play forced KFC Paal-Tervant's goalkeeper Freddy Tilens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Freddy Tilens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adam Olaru's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. With a little luck, KFC Paal-Tervant's Freddy Tilens got control of the ball when Adam Olaru tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adam Olaru in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Freddy Tilens prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Freddy Tilens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Olaru in the 17th minute of play. Sanda Cutov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Freddy Tilens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute Axel Davus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carol Stinga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Romania's goalkeeper Carol Stinga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Carol Stinga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Davus in the 29th minute of the match. In the 29th minute Axel Davus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carol Stinga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Freddy Tilens made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Costica Vladimiri sent off a good shot on target. KFC Paal-Tervant's Jose Verschelde got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Olaru in the 38th minute of play forced KFC Paal-Tervant's goalkeeper Freddy Tilens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 48thth minute of the game Axel Davus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Romania's Carol Stinga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Axel Davus to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Adam Olaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Tilens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute Shaun McLae shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carol Stinga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Adam Olaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Romania's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rasvan Cristescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, KFC Paal-Tervant's Shaun McLae got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Freddy Tilens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandru Pangratiu in the 95th minute of the match. After 96 minutes of play, Romania's Octavian Vaduva made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Freddy Tilens was left in no man's land by his defense there! Romania's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
