Freddy Tilens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adria Bielsa's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Adria Bielsa sped through KFC Paal-Tervant's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Freddy Tilens. The audience thought a goal was coming when Omar Toledo got free with Freddy Tilens in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. KFC Paal-Tervant's Freddy Tilens proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save KFC Paal-Tervant from getting a goal against them. Gabriel Ascaso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jose Verschelde could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Gabriel Ascaso made a huge save. 68 minutes into the match, KFC Paal-Tervant's goal looked a bit too open when Omar Toledo came free, but Freddy Tilens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Shaun McLae showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Spain's zone, Axel Davus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabriel Ascaso came out of the goal and Axel Davus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chants of KFC Paal-Tervant echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Spain had held the ball for most of the match.
