Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Viriato Moura started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Daniel Pimentel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 7th minute, Robert Collen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilson Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 11 minutes into the game, KOO Tigers's Robert Collen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilson Amorim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by KOO Tigers's Robert Collen. But to his dismay, Robert Collen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. KOO Tigers's Uğuralp Vasfi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caetano Moreira in the 19th minute of play. KOO Tigers were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Portugal's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Emin Bayram took the corner. Emin Bayram made a great header on KOO Tigers's corner, it was just that Portugal's Wilson Amorim managed to reach the ball for a save. The audience was convinced that Viriato Moura's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Uğuralp Vasfi was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice moves Alfonso Cordario could shoot a difficult shot in the 33rd minute, which Wilson Amorim however easily saved by the left post. 35 minutes into the match, Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfonso Cordario. Felipe Barreto made a great header on Portugal's corner, it was just that KOO Tigers's Uğuralp Vasfi managed to reach the ball for a save. When Gündüz Engiay fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KOO Tigers's protests and gave Gündüz Engiay a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Portugal booed when KOO Tigers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gündüz Engiay didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute Robert Collen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute, Rüştü Eldemir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xiao Yu Chao to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Xiao Yu Chao came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Uğuralp Vasfi made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Felipe Barreto sent off a good shot on target. Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias was substituted for Viriato Moura. KOO Tigers's Mickey Rothwell was substituted for Marquinhos Filho. In the 68th minute of the match Portugal got a corner. KOO Tigers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Pimentel ran over to the corner to take the kick. Daniel Pimentel made a great header on Portugal's corner, it was just that KOO Tigers's Uğuralp Vasfi managed to reach the ball for a save. Roberto-Carlos Björklund kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Bartolomeu Dias received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Uğuralp Vasfi came out and tried to block the shot, but Bartolomeu Dias slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 71st minute. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xiao Yu Chao in the 80th minute of the match. Uğuralp Vasfi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caetano Moreira in the 86th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, KOO Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolomeu Dias came free, but Uğuralp Vasfi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, KOO Tigers's Uğuralp Vasfi got control of the ball when Felipinho Amorim tried to sneak it across the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, KOO Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Graciano Coutinho came free, but Uğuralp Vasfi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xiao Yu Chao in the 96th minute of play. KOO Tigers's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
