Tommy Kahn was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Luciano Cuenca capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luciano Cuenca really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. In the 27th minute, Luciano Cuenca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28thth minute of the game Frank Sachs who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AFC Cherries's Guto Jacinto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Cuenca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guto Jacinto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albin Holweck in the 35th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the game, Luciano Cuenca cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Godfredo Barroso in the 42ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tommy Kahn, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 47 minutes into the match, AFC Cherries's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Guto Jacinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Godfredo Barroso in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. Guto Jacinto made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Frank Sachs sent off a good shot on target. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Cuenca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jurij Štencl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jurij Štencl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albin Holweck to maneuver through the defense. Jurij Štencl scored 6-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A throw-in in the 92nd minute of the game was made by Jan Duspiva with Radek Rokos as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luděk Kareš, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. AFC Cherries had played much better football throughout.
