The supporters of Portugal booed when Gondor FC™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nerkez Arriagada didn't get a good kick on the ball. Muamer Fahrić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viriato Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Algitas Jokubaitis in the 17th minute of play. In the 24th minute Lokman Ivanić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Algitas Jokubaitis in the 25th minute of play. After having played for 27 minutes, Felipe Barreto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Portugal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felipe Barreto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 29 minutes into the match, Gondor FC™'s goalkeeper Muamer Fahrić had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felipe Barreto. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gondor FC™'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Felipe Barreto was slow to take the kick. During this time Portugal's players had a chance to rest. Javiero Zanetti hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Felipe Barreto in the 41stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Muamer Fahrić, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Portugal's Felipe Barreto got a free kick in the 55th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Gondor FC™'s goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Moreira came free, but Muamer Fahrić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mino Suarez in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Pimentel in the 62nd minute of play forced Gondor FC™'s goalkeeper Muamer Fahrić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gondor FC™'s Myles Guy was substituted for Algitas Jokubaitis. Gondor FC™ made a substitution. Blaz Imširević replaced Thomas Rogne. In the 65th minute Portugal were awarded a corner. Felipe Barreto went to the cornerflag to take it. Portugal's Felipe Barreto was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Muamer Fahrić in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Nerkez Arriagada's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Wilson Amorim firmly grabbed it by the left post. Nerkez Arriagada could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Wilson Amorim made a huge save. 70 minutes into the game, Javiero Zanetti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gondor FC™'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Portugal the free kick. After 70 played minutes Gondor FC™ got a freekick which was hit by Javiero Zanetti. Portugal made a substitution. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipinho Amorim in the 72nd minute of play forced Gondor FC™'s goalkeeper Muamer Fahrić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mino Suarezs short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Wilson Amorim to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Mino Suarez had several of the Portugal's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 84 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-2 score and a disappointed Wilson Amorim as he didn't even see the shot coming. Muamer Fahrić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipinho Amorim in the 90th minute of the match. 97 minutes into the match, Saša Daničić notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Portugal's Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Gondor FC™ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
