An unexpectedly hard shot by Balazs Lajos in the 18th minute of play forced Mukifus FSCMZ's goalkeeper Sílvio Luiz de Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Bakos Endre in the 22nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Mukifus FSCMZ's Marcos Saraiva. In the 28th minute, Antal Valentin made a precise shot to the right of Sílvio Luiz de Amorim. Mukifus FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Hegedus Henrik came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hegedus Henrik couldn't finish the play. Takacs Tibor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Sílvio Luiz de Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Mukifus FSCMZ's zone, Balazs Lajos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sílvio Luiz de Amorim came out of the goal and Balazs Lajos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Balazs Lajos struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Sílvio Luiz de Amorim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. Antal Valentin missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 48 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Sílvio Luiz de Amorim right hand side. After the first half Hungary were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Bakos Endre made in the 55th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Mukifus FSCMZ's Marcos Saraiva. Marcos Saraiva's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcos Saraiva helped the player get up and apologised. Marcos Saraiva kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Lendaa in the 81st minute of play. In the 85th minute, Baltazar Amaral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 89 minutes, Antal Valentin made it 0-8 with a short kick to the right side. Mukifus FSCMZ's Sílvio Luiz de Amorim tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 95th minute, Major Barna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
