Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Austria's Sandro Galishoff started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Jaru-Uaru getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Enrique Toledo hit a great ball. 5 minutes into the game, Narciso Mendes lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Fabio Auer. Enrique Toledo kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After 12 played minutes Jaru-Uaru got a freekick which was hit by Emerson Santana. 14 minutes into the game, Emil Seidler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Austria's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jaru-Uaru the free kick. Emil Seidler hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Austria's Fabio Auer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Toscano in the 16th minute of play. A collision led to Austria getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Leonhard Maier hit a great ball. In the 19th minute, Edmundo Toscano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabio Auer was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 23rd minute, Austria's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Narciso Mendes fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 27 minutes into the game, Narciso Mendes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Fabio Auer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 31 minutes into the match, Austria's Sandro Galishoff sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Otávio Dante narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 35th match minute, Austria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Riedl to maneuver through the defense. Otávio Dante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabio Schneider in the 43rd minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Edmundo Toscano made the kick off in the second half. Fabio Auer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Fernando Vides, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 57 minutes into the match, Jaru-Uaru's Edmundo Toscano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabio Auer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 60 minutes had been played when some careless play by Austria's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Wincenty Gendolla was slow to take the kick. During this time Jaru-Uaru's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Wincenty Gendolla got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fabio Auer quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thiago Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Luís Fernando Vides had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luís Fernando Vides scored 4-0 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabio Auer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fabio Auer came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Jaru-Uaru's Luís Fernando Vides. But to his dismay, Luís Fernando Vides quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Marvin Harrer kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 77th minute Luís Fernando Vides shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Auer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabio Auer came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Jaru-Uaru's Luís Fernando Vides. But to his dismay, Luís Fernando Vides quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. When Luís Fernando Vides came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Jaru-Uaru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís Fernando Vides couldn't finish the play. Fabio Auer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Toscano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute, Luís Fernando Vides left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jaru-Uaru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0.
