Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrea Tofani in the 21st minute of play. Iker Eguzki's late challenge caught a Italy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iker Eguzki helped the player get up and apologised. The throw-in from Mattia Hummels in the 31st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Italy's Siricio Liotta. In the 36thth minute of the game Andrea Tofani who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Italy's Flavio Vittori was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Infami di Canaus's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Alexsandro Godoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andrea Tofani came free with the goalkeeper in the 39th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Flavio Vittori could save by the left post. Flavio Vittori didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 45th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andrea Tofani to make the kick off. Alexsandro Godoi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zaccheo Andolina's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Italy's Siricio Liotta quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Mattia Hummels, made in the 60th minute of the game. 62 minutes into the game, Infami di Canaus's Andrea Tofani nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Flavio Vittori made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Alexsandro Godoi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Porziano Marchitelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexsandro Godoi having to interfere. Infami di Canaus made a substitution. Comunardo Cerri replaced Gustavo-Hernán Cabezudo. Italy's Guiscardo Davide was substituted for Sigfrido Auletta. Italy made a substitution. Adriano Curto replaced Zaccheo Andolina. 86 minutes into the match, Infami di Canaus's goal looked a bit too open when Guiscardo Davide came free, but Alexsandro Godoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guiscardo Davide in the 87th minute of play forced Infami di Canaus's goalkeeper Alexsandro Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Leizarraga in the 91st minute of play. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrea Tofani in the 93rd minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Infami di Canaus fans cheered their team off the field, for while Italy had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
