Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nedim Emekli started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Mean Machine's Nedim Emekli got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 6thth minute of the game Nedim Emekli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Belgium's Casper Claes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Mean Machine's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Menios Chloros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Menios Chloros didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edward Vanderstraeten went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Nedim Emekli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casper Claes having to interfere. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carles Pujol in the 15th minute of play. Edward Vanderstraeten who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Menios Chloros when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Yves Dervaux managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belgium's supporters rose to their feet, but Yves Dervaux was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Menios Chloros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 26th play minute Edward Vanderstraeten came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Menios Chloros. 2-0. Menios Chloros made an important save on a dangerous shot by Siebe Michiels in the 29th minute. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carles Pujol in the 32nd minute of play. In the 37th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Edward Vanderstraeten came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Belgium fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edward Vanderstraeten couldn't finish the play. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mean Machine's goalkeeper Menios Chloros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edward Vanderstraeten in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Menios Chloros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nedim Emekli in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Casper Claes saved Belgium from getting behind. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Nigel Devos kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 52nd minute of play forced Mean Machine's goalkeeper Menios Chloros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nedim Emekli. In the 58th minute of the match Belgium got a corner. Mean Machine's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edward Vanderstraeten ran over to the corner to take the kick. 60 minutes into the match, Mean Machine's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Menios Chloros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute Nedim Emekli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 66th minute of play forced Mean Machine's goalkeeper Menios Chloros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Menios Chloros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mean Machine made a substitution. Nikos Kioupouroglou replaced Miltos Makris. Mean Machine made a substitution. Agnaldo Braga replaced Archibaldo Peñaranda. After 71 minutes Mean Machine's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edward Vanderstraeten who took care of the corner kick. Edward Vanderstraeten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Menios Chloros read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Nedim Emekli succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-1 in the 83rd playminute. In the 87th minute of the match, Carles Pujol got a very nice opportunity to score, but Casper Claes was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Carles Pujol took a quick shot and it went in 4-2 without a chance for Casper Claes to make any attempt to save it. Mean Machine's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
