Colon Manrique showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 16th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Atlético Ourense's Colon Manrique. Colon Manrique was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 22 minutes into the match, Atlético Ourense's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Colon Manrique reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 45 in the game by Unai Calatayud from a close distance when the talented Arnout Reekers managed to make a qualified save. Netherlands's players were relieved. Euloxu Bermudez hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. When Enrico Carmona fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atlético Ourense's protests and gave Enrico Carmona a yellow card for diving instead. The referee gave Netherlands a penalty, 48 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Atlético Ourense's Colon Manrique. 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gijsbert ter Kruimer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gust Ennemans hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Marcos Odín hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer from long distance, 59 minutes into the match, got Colon Manrique's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 60 minutes into the match, Atlético Ourense's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Colon Manrique reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Colon Manrique in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. David Eikelkamp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Colon Manrique tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tartalo Rajoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atlético Ourense's attentive Enrico Carmona managed to snatch the ball when Gust Ennemans made a throw-in in the 89th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Eikelkamp got free with Colon Manrique in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 93rd match minute, Atlético Ourense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tartalo Rajoi to maneuver through the defense. The Atlético Ourense fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Netherlands were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
