In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind El coca fc's goalkeeper Florencio Osasun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to El coca fc getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Blas Olayo hit a great ball. 35 minutes into the match, El coca fc's goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Moura came free, but Florencio Osasun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute Felipe Barreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florencio Osasun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilson Amorim was a little too slow when Jardel Van Landschoot got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felipe Barreto in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Florencio Osasun saved El coca fc from getting behind. With a little luck, El coca fc's Florencio Osasun got control of the ball when Felipe Barreto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Felipe Barreto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Florencio Osasun having to make a save.
