Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zdeněk Reiter started the match with the kick off. Jiří Hanzlík made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alan Rezek in the 5th minute. Erik Jilek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Jiří Hanzlík made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Erik Jilek kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jiří Hanzlík. That made the score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. When František Linka came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the FK Kujebáci fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that František Linka couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Zdeněk Reiter put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Vavrinec Holub. Bohumir Kohout hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After having played for 25 minutes, David Gajdušek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK Kujebáci's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Gajdušek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind FK Kujebáci's goalkeeper Jiří Hanzlík, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's Daniel Vitek got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Radek Vokatý received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Vavrinec Holub tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zdeněk Reiter, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Czech Republic's zone, Zdeněk Reiter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vavrinec Holub came out of the goal and Zdeněk Reiter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of FK Kujebáci booed when Czech Republic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kvetoslav Janku didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Erik Jilek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Zdeněk Reiter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rdth minute of the game Erik Jilek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FK Kujebáci's Jiří Hanzlík was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 69th minute, FK Kujebáci's Zdeněk Reiter ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. FK Kujebáci's Jiří Hanzlík played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Jilek in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74th minute, David Rusil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If David Gajdušek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alan Rezek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zdeněk Reiter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Kužela in the 94th minute of play.
