Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Italy's Zaccheo Andolina started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Italy's Deodato Magliozzi got a free kick in the 7th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zaccheo Andolina in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luis Galarza saved Kalatakaya F.C. from getting behind. Benito Lluterio might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Flavio Vittori. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benito Lluterio ran back to his position shaking his head. Flavio Vittori made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benito Lluterio in the 19th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Benito Lluterio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Flavio Vittori. Italy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benito Lluterio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Luis Galarza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Flavio Vittori made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benito Lluterio in the 26th minute. If Benito Lluterio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 29 minutes into the game, Vali Romoşan threw the ball into play from the sideline. Italy's Siricio Liotta quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The corner led to Italy's Siricio Liotta getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Aaron Gauargi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kalatakaya F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Aaron Gauargi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Flavio Vittori breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benito Lluterio was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Tonete Abaurre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luis Galarza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 54th minute of play. A collision led to Kalatakaya F.C. getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Helmut Gutiérrez hit a great ball. Kalatakaya F.C.'s Aaron Gauargi got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Recep Guftar in the 78th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the match, Kalatakaya F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Luis Galarza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Kalatakaya F.C.'s Benito Lluterio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Flavio Vittori narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 82 minutes into the match, Benito Lluterio notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Italy's Flavio Vittori. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Kalatakaya F.C. were victorious despite being under pressure from Italy for much of the match.
