E L C O K O F C ® E V G ®'s attentive Cyprian Kowalski managed to snatch the ball when Eliseo Cutri made a throw-in in the 12th minute of the game. Sigfrido Auletta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucas Duarte read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Italy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sigfrido Auletta in the 14th minute. 16 minutes into the match, E L C O K O F C ® E V G ®'s goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Lucas Duarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zaccheo Andolina took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lucas Duarte. Lucas Duarte dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. E L C O K O F C ® E V G ® made a substitution. Olivier Ancel replaced Radamel-Falcao García. E L C O K O F C ® E V G ®'s Pepillo Servin was substituted for Tiago Clavell. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind E L C O K O F C ® E V G ®'s goalkeeper Lucas Duarte, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pepillo Servin took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flavio Vittori. Flavio Vittori dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Italy's attentive Sigfrido Auletta managed to snatch the ball when Lando Lavet made a throw-in in the 31st minute of the game. After 35 minutes E L C O K O F C ® E V G ®'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sigfrido Auletta who took care of the corner kick. Sigfrido Auletta made a great header on Italy's corner, it was just that E L C O K O F C ® E V G ®'s Lucas Duarte managed to reach the ball for a save. When Siricio Liotta, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 35 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Lucas Duarte was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 37th minute Pepillo Servin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Siricio Liotta made a precise shot to the right of Lucas Duarte. E L C O K O F C ® E V G ®'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Lando Lavet made in the 46th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Zdzislaw Lichniak immediately put the ball in play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olivier Ancel was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Zaccheo Andolina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Italy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zaccheo Andolina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Olivier Ancel scored 2-3 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flavio Vittori, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zaccheo Andolina scored 2-4 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucas Duarte, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 61 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucas Duarte narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lucas Duarte made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Zaccheo Andolina sent off a good shot on target. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind E L C O K O F C ® E V G ®'s goalkeeper Lucas Duarte, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Flavio Vittori came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by E L C O K O F C ® E V G ®'s Pepillo Servin. But to his dismay, Pepillo Servin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4. In the 83rd minute Pepillo Servin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olivier Ancel scored 4-4 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flavio Vittori, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Italy's Sansone Vanella was substituted for Gianpaolo Mascari. Italy's Adriano Curto was substituted for Zaccheo Andolina. Lucas Duarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano Curto in the 91st minute of play. Despite being the better team, Italy failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
