Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Honorato Jenaro made the kick off and thus started the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Peletier in the 4th minute of play forced Pilar's goalkeeper Maximino Patrido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lesli Arteaga hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Maximino Patrido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camille Baume, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maximino Patrido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Peletier in the 12th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Frank Peletier's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maximino Patrido was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Maxime Durand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honorato Jenaro in the 14th minute of the match. After 16 minutes, Lesli Arteaga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pilar and the France players grew even worse after the yellow card. France made a substitution. Marc-Antoine Bardin replaced Henry Robiquet. A collision led to Pilar getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Lesli Arteaga hit a great ball. In the 20th match minute, Pilar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomiro Fernanco to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the match, France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Honorato Jenaro. Maximino Patrido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remy Dupuy, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Honorato Jenaros short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Maxime Durand to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some careless play in the France defense, Honorato Jenaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maxime Durand. The France fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maxime Durand should have stopped the shot. 40 minutes into the game, Baldomiro Fernanco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pilar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave France the free kick. Baldomiro Fernanco hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute David Barbier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Patrido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frank Peletier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximino Patrido having to interfere. Marc-Antoine Bardin charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marc-Antoine Bardin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 46 played minutes France got a freekick which was hit by Marc-Antoine Bardin. Mateo Gaufred's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maxime Durand read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The audience was convinced that Honorato Jenaro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maxime Durand was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Peletier got free with Maximino Patrido in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Remy Dupuy's late challenge caught a Pilar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Remy Dupuy helped the player get up and apologised. Remy Dupuy kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Honorato Jenaro in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maxime Durand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 59th match minute, Pilar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shaun Barrera to maneuver through the defense. Pilar's Maximino Patrido proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Pilar from getting a goal against them. After 66 minutes of play Pilar's Lesli Arteaga was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Lesli Arteaga hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the match, Pilar's goalkeeper Maximino Patrido had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Peletier. The crowd rose to their feet as Frank Peletier kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Maximino Patrido. That made the score 1-1 in the 73 minute of play. If Shaun Barrera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 78th minute, Miguel Galindo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maxime Durand was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 82ndth minute of the game Camille Baume who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pilar's Maximino Patrido was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Frank Peletier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Maximino Patrido made a huge save. 87 minutes into the game, France's Camille Baume nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maximino Patrido made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Robert Chapuis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maximino Patrido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camille Baume in the 92nd minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
