Fabrizio Caroselli charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Fabrizio Caroselli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miedzyrzec Utd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ryszard Glaza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rafal Dziura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 90th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Antal Valentin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rafal Dziura was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Michal Kiszkiel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Michal Kiszkiel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
