In the last second Batuhan Tüzmen throw himself and got hold of the ball when Damir Pongrac in the 4thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Batuhan Tüzmen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Toni Mauzer in the 8th minute. A collision led to Croatia getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Eduard Kostelac hit a great ball. After 16 played minutes Adana Sk got a freekick which was hit by Necmi Tecer. Batuhan Tüzmen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toni Mauzer in the 21st minute of the match. Dinko Stankovic could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Batuhan Tüzmen made a huge save. After 30 played minutes Croatia got a freekick which was hit by Teo Gudelj. The crowd rose to their feet as Toni Mauzer kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Batuhan Tüzmen. That made the score 2-1 in the 38 minute of play. In the 41st minute of the match, Martin Bosak tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Batuhan Tüzmen saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Martin Bosak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Adana Sk's goal looked a bit too open when Damir Pongrac came free, but Batuhan Tüzmen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Toni Mauzer to make the kick off. Batuhan Tüzmen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinko Stankovic in the 52nd minute of play. In the 79th match minute, Adana Sk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Necmi Tecer to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Croatia's Teo Gudelj got a free kick in the 81st minute. Batuhan Tüzmen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toni Mauzer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damir Pongrac fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Batuhan Tüzmen having to interfere. In the 88th match minute, Adana Sk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ediz Bucak to maneuver through the defense. Batuhan Tüzmen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Bosak, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Croatia fully deserved thier win.
