Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fredrik Käcker kicked off to start the match. Hille IF's Zé Paulo Messias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 2nd minute of the match, managed to save Hille IF from getting a goal against them. The supporters of France booed when Hille IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christer Ahlroht didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute, Camille Baume hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th minute, France's Remy Dupuy dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Fredrik Käcker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jean Bombelles kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After having played for 31 minutes, Fredrik Käcker managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hille IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fredrik Käcker was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zé Paulo Messias made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Camille Baume sent off a good shot on target. After 34 minutes, Quentin Beaux mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the France and the Hille IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in France fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 33rd minute. Penalty! France:s Maxime Durand showed great skill when he stopped Fredrik Käcker:s penalty. Maxime Durand came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Hille IF's Fredrik Käcker. But to his dismay, Fredrik Käcker quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 38th match minute, Hille IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ture Bratt to maneuver through the defense. Zé Paulo Messias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Peletier, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After 45 played minutes France got a freekick which was hit by Remy Dupuy. In the 48th minute, Camille Baume made a precise shot to the right of Zé Paulo Messias. Hille IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Camille Baume sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Hille IF booed when France was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robert Chapuis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64th minute Camille Baume shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Paulo Messias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zé Paulo Messias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Peletier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 82 minutes into the match, Hille IF's goal looked a bit too open when Camille Baume came free, but Zé Paulo Messias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Frank Peletier had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zé Paulo Messias. Hille IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Frank Peletier was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Zé Paulo Messias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remy Dupuy in the 91st minute of play. Hille IF's Birger Tingberg got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Hille IF's Gaspar Erasto got a free kick in the 96th minute. France were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Hille IF for a fine match.
