Thanks to some nice moves Tomás Clodio could shoot a difficult shot in the 14th minute, which Tommy Kahn however easily saved by the left post. Malte Schiele kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Frank Sachs's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sylwester Chazon was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sylwester Chazon having to make a save. But to his dismay, Lionel-Andrés Messi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 61 minutes into the match, Julian Biskupiak notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 64th minute Lionel-Andrés Messi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 65 minutes, Tomás Clodio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pretoria Gostyń's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomás Clodio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pretoria Gostyń walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
