The corner led Germany's Frank Sachs to fire away a dangerous shot which Alejandro Gavilanes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 95th minute, Villarreal Ubach made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0.
