The supporters of FC Hans booed when Italy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sostene Vitulli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Viorel Moldovan ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, FC Hans's Timmy Kjellkvist got control of the ball when Zaccheo Andolina tried to sneak it across the goal line. Timmy Kjellkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zaccheo Andolina was the one to do the kick off. Timmy Kjellkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Siricio Liotta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Hans made a substitution. Ulf Arvidsson replaced Viorel Moldovan. In the 61st minute of the game Deodato Magliozzi made a throw-in which Porziano Marchitelli played forward. Ulf Arvidsson charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. FC Hans's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 78th minute, FC Hans's Ulf Arvidsson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Timmy Kjellkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 81st minute of the match. Flavio Vittori stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ulf Arvidsson's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Italy's Adriano Curto was substituted for Zaccheo Andolina. Italy's Sansone Vanella was substituted for Gianpaolo Mascari. Timmy Kjellkvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Siricio Liotta went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. FC Hans's Timmy Kjellkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Curto in the 95th minute of play. Chants of FC Hans echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Italy had held the ball for most of the match.
