Gianpaolo Mascari made in the 38th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Zaccheo Andolina immediately put the ball in play. Zaccheo Andolina's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Emilio Shepherd skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Zaccheo Andolina struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Emilio Shepherd didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Italy. Wessel Bos got in the 48th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Flavio Vittori handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zaccheo Andolina was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute of the game Gwidon Furtok made a throw-in which Gilbert Gotfryd played forward. Wessel Bos might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Flavio Vittori. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wessel Bos ran back to his position shaking his head. Flavio Vittori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wessel Bos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gwidon Furtok hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. 63 minutes into the match, KN ZGORZELEC's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Emilio Shepherd reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Gwidon Furtok in the 65th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Italy's Eliseo Cutri. 66 minutes into the game, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emilio Shepherd made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Emilio Shepherd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 74th minute of the match. KN ZGORZELEC's Emilio Shepherd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sigfrido Auletta in the 76th minute of play. Borys Karaszkiewicz might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Flavio Vittori. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Borys Karaszkiewicz ran back to his position shaking his head. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Borys Karaszkiewicz in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Shepherd saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 87 played minutes KN ZGORZELEC got a freekick which was hit by Gustaw Ptaszek. Italy's Sansone Vanella was substituted for Gianpaolo Mascari. KN ZGORZELEC's Gustaw Ptaszek managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Sansone Vanella in the 91 minute of the game.
