In the 14th minute, Ni Zhen Ying hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to The Shadows getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Bo á Bø hit a great ball. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niklas Lundqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the match, The Shadows's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Marcos Basso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Basso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antal Valentin went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in The Shadows's zone, Major Barna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Basso came out of the goal and Major Barna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute, Niklas Lundqvist reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fodor Daniel. The goal made the score 1-1. Marcos Basso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balazs Lajos in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The wind increased when Antal Valentin made the kick off in the second half. Marcos Basso made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Major Barna sent off a good shot on target. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niklas Lundqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. The Shadows's Herman Lindell was substituted for Niklas Lundqvist. 86 minutes into the match, The Shadows's goalkeeper Marcos Basso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. Szekeres Tamas kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After 90 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Szekeres Tamas. Herman Lindell's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Herman Lindell helped the player get up and apologised. In the 94th minute, Herman Lindell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
