In the 6th minute Cavad Lider shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 7 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Albin Holweck. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Norbert Bakes's late challenge caught a Germany's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Norbert Bakes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 10th minute, Norbert Bakes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Husaria Tarnów's Lucas Moura. But to his dismay, Lucas Moura quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 15th match minute, Husaria Tarnów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernan Asur to maneuver through the defense. If Mark Bloom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mark Bloom received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tommy Kahn came out and tried to block the shot, but Mark Bloom slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 30th minute. The supporters of Germany booed when Husaria Tarnów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mark Bloom didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute, Frank Sachs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Sven Krakouer kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Moura in the 45th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Sachs made a kick off. Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Frank Sachs showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 53 minute of play. In the 59th minute Mark Bloom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Albin Holweck came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albin Holweck couldn't finish the play. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
