Stadium of Light
Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Hungary's Antal Valentin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svetomir Grašić in the 5th minute of play. After having played for 7 minutes, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Major Barna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 14 minutes into the game, Major Barna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Sabit Julić was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sabit Julić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 17th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Hegedus Henrik managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Hegedus Henrik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sabit Julić breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sabit Julić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 20th minute of play. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 22 minutes into the match, Hungary's Major Barna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sabit Julić narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Sabit Julić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Major Barna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sabit Julić read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Sanderlend's zone, Balazs Lajos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sabit Julić came out of the goal and Balazs Lajos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sabit Julić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hegedus Henrik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sabit Julić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 41st minute of the match. Sabit Julić stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Major Barna's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. 43 minutes into the match, Hungary's Balazs Lajos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sabit Julić narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After the first half Hungary were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Major Barna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sabit Julić read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Sanderlend's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Sabit Julić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Hungary's Takacs Tibor getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Sabit Julić didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 59th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 64th minute of play forced Sanderlend's goalkeeper Sabit Julić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Sabit Julić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Major Barna might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sabit Julić. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Major Barna ran back to his position shaking his head. Major Barna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antal Valentin succeeded in the game's 74th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. Elmas Nasirović charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elmas Nasirović the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 78th minute, Elmas Nasirović hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sabit Julić having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Hegedus Henrik got a free kick in the 92nd minute. After some careless play in the Sanderlend defense, Major Barna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sabit Julić. The Sanderlend fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sabit Julić should have stopped the shot.
