Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Chris Nygaard started the match with the kick off. In the 12th minute, Archie Hobson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The grangemouth fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Tomás da Silveira hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. A hard shot 20 in the game by Chris Nygaard from a close distance when the talented Charles-Antoine Boegaerts managed to make a qualified save. grangemouth's players were relieved. Charles-Antoine Boegaerts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chris Nygaard in the 21st minute of play. After some careless play in the Denmark defense, Aiden McKersey kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Keld Paulsen. The Denmark fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Keld Paulsen should have stopped the shot. After 28 minutes of play, Denmark's Chris Nygaard made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Charles-Antoine Boegaerts was left in no man's land by his defense there! Chris Nygaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Charles-Antoine Boegaerts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 35 minutes into the game, Stathis Agritis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. grangemouth's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Denmark the free kick. Stathis Agritis kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After having played for 38 minutes, Chris Nygaard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Denmark's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chris Nygaard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Mikkel Wulff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Charles-Antoine Boegaerts didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Chris Nygaard went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After 53 minutes, Aiden McKersey made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. Denmark's Keld Paulsen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Olav Graversen kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After 67 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Kenn Skou. Charles-Antoine Boegaerts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mathias Ludvigsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Charles-Antoine Boegaerts showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathias Ludvigsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 71st minute Bertram Svenningsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles-Antoine Boegaerts saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmond Niven. Bertram Svenningsen scored 3-3 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Charles-Antoine Boegaerts, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Archie Hobson in the 93rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, grangemouth's Edmond Niven got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Bertram Svenningsen charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bertram Svenningsen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bertram Svenningsen hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Denmark players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
