In the 9th minute, Pedro Ermengol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes in the game Ambrosio Mattin did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Lukas Lundgren. Erubiel Sotil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Borjan Golubovic in the 16th minute of play. Serbia's Vladeta Jovic managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ambrosio Mattin in the 21 minute of the game. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Lukas Lundgren sped through Serbia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. Miljan Gavrilovic made in the 31st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by POSSE 1911 FC's Alberto Gauargi. After a rather tough play, Serbia's Borjan Golubovic got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute Robustiano Bizen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zvezdan Nedeljkovic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Sreten Popovic made a precise shot to the right of Erubiel Sotil. POSSE 1911 FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 40th minute, Sérgio Aguero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 44 minutes into the game, Miljan Gavrilovic threw the ball into play from the sideline. POSSE 1911 FC's Alberto Gauargi quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Erubiel Sotil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Borjan Golubovic in the 46th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sérgio Aguero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Serbia booed when POSSE 1911 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Ermengol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by POSSE 1911 FC's Lukas Lundgren. But to his dismay, Lukas Lundgren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. With 64 minutes on the clock, Cvijetin Nanusevski commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Serbia fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 64th minute. Penalty! Zvezdan Nedeljkovic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lukas Lundgren in the 71st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sérgio Aguero in the 81st minute of play forced Serbia's goalkeeper Zvezdan Nedeljkovic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lukas Lundgren in the 83rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Serbia defense, Lukas Lundgren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. The Serbia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zvezdan Nedeljkovic should have stopped the shot. A sloppy throw-in by Rasko Nestorovski in the 91st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by POSSE 1911 FC's Eliseo Neron. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lukas Lundgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. In the 97th minute, Sérgio Aguero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The POSSE 1911 FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1.
