Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Clemente Pere got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Cartero de Agronomia F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Bertram Svenningsen came free, but Baldomiro Cordarrel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Pere in the 6th minute of play. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Pere in the 9th minute of the match. Mikkel Wulff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomiro Cordarrel having to interfere. Segundo Beturian made in the 13th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Marcelo Laurentzi. Keld Paulsen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Clemente Pere's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Bertram Svenningsen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Baldomiro Cordarrel made a huge save. In the 22nd minute of the match, Chris Nygaard tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Baldomiro Cordarrel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 23 minutes into the match, Cartero de Agronomia F.C.'s goalkeeper Baldomiro Cordarrel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bertram Svenningsen. In the 25th minute of the game Segundo Beturian made a throw-in which Marcelo Laurentzi played forward. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clemente Pere, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Saverio Platon came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute Domingos Gonzales shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, Clemente Pere cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Keld Paulsen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Denmark were furious when Mathias Ludvigsen was red carded, 44 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 44th minute, one of Denmark:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Denmark. Keld Paulsen had in the 46thth minute some difficulties stopping Marcelo Laurentzi's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 47th match minute, Cartero de Agronomia F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fausto Aurken to maneuver through the defense. Cartero de Agronomia F.C. made a substitution. Benicio Alvarez replaced Alfredo Henrico. In the 49th minute, Fausto Aurken hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Cartero de Agronomia F.C. were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Clemente Pere could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Keld Paulsen made a huge save. The Denmark manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Cartero de Agronomia F.C. to win.
