Daniel Sbârcea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albin Holweck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Valleslona F.C. booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malte Schiele didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andréas Stenkvist in the 16th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Anderson Viana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Anderson Viana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anderson Viana in the 21st minute of the match. After 23 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Germany! An unexpectedly hard shot by Anderson Viana in the 32nd minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, José Antonio Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and José Antonio Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 45 minutes of play, Valleslona F.C.'s José Antonio Costa made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Germany players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Valleslona F.C. were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell José Antonio Costa to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match Valleslona F.C. got a corner. Germany's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Theo Hernández ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Valleslona F.C.'s José Antonio Costa in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Andréas Stenkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Adrian Dreifuss fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Adrian Dreifuss a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great ball. Valleslona F.C. made a substitution. Cacá Sim replaced Anderson Viana. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. In the 92nd minute of the game Frans Overdiep made a throw-in which Cacá Sim played forward.
