Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Robustiano Oihenarte started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robustiano Oihenarte in the 18th minute of play. Chris Nygaard hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Keld Paulsen came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Villa Maria FC's Marcos Mincho. But to his dismay, Marcos Mincho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Villa Maria FC's Hilario Buinton got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Denmark's Lars Steen got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 32nd minute, Generoso Txema hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Villa Maria FC's Fernan Llorian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertram Svenningsen in the 37th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcos Mincho got free with Keld Paulsen in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Generoso Txema, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Chris Nygaard came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Denmark fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chris Nygaard couldn't finish the play. In the 46th minute of the match Bjarne Kirkegaard shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fernan Llorian showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Chris Nygaard was the one to do the kick off. Keld Paulsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robustiano Oihenarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. The supporters of Villa Maria FC booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars Steen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernan Llorian was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Chris Nygaard showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 58 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Mincho in the 62nd minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robustiano Oihenarte in the 62nd minute of play. The Villa Maria FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Fernan Soter made in the 75th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Hilario Buinton however managed to control. Robustiano Oihenarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. A hard shot 82 in the game by Chris Nygaard from a close distance when the talented Fernan Llorian managed to make a qualified save. Villa Maria FC's players were relieved. 84 minutes in the game Fernan Soter did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Desiderio Koldo. Denmark's Chris Nygaard got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fernan Soter made in the 87th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Desiderio Koldo. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robustiano Oihenarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Villa Maria FC's Robustiano Oihenarte in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Denmark's goalie prevented a goal. The Villa Maria FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
