Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Frank Sachs took the kick off in the first half of the match. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivo Deijnen in the 4th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Mosk's Tommy Kahn threw himself towards the right post 9 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Oliver van Zaanen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Martin Soer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. After 13 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Dreifuss. Ed Seinstra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ed Seinstra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. In the 24thth minute of the game Frank Sachs who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mosk's Martin Soer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oliver van Zaanen got free with Tommy Kahn in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Frank Sachs came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Sachs couldn't finish the play. After having played for 33 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Tommy Kahn managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when Mosk's Ed Seinstra fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ivo Deijnen struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mosk. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Oliver van Zaanen sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Mosk booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albin Holweck didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mosk's Ivo Deijnen got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 47th match minute, Mosk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivo Deijnen to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ed Seinstra was the one to do the kick off. Sven Krakouer hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ed Seinstra in the 55th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank Sachs to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Malte Schiele to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Steven Fransen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mosk's supporters rose to their feet, but Steven Fransen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Frank Sachs came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Sachs couldn't finish the play. Frank Sachs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Martin Soer made a huge save. In the 76th minute, Ivo Deijnen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mosk made a substitution. Japke de Koning replaced Henk Appeldoorn. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 85th minute of the game. One of Mosk:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Germany:s goal. The goalkeeper, Martin Soer, was totally fooled by Germany's Frank Sachs, who 86 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 92nd minute, Oliver van Zaanen made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. With his leg Martin Soer managed to avoid a goal in the 97thth minute, when Germany's Frank Sachs fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivo Deijnen, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Mosk fully deserved thier win.
