A beautiful save bye Bäckeby Fotboll's goalie prevented a goal. Ulvis Kreigers was a little too slow when Zaccheo Andolina got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 5th minute. The score was now 1-0. Ulvis Kreigers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 8th minute. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johannes Mickelsson in the 11th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ulvis Kreigers narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The corner led to Italy's Eliseo Cutri getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Ulvis Kreigers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eliseo Cutri in the 44th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 46th minute of play forced Bäckeby Fotboll's goalkeeper Ulvis Kreigers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Johannes Mickelsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ulvis Kreigers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. After 58 played minutes Bäckeby Fotboll got a freekick which was hit by Johnny Sjögren. In the 60thth minute of the game Zaccheo Andolina who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bäckeby Fotboll's Ulvis Kreigers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Siricio Liotta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Ulvis Kreigers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
