Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mauricio Macías in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 14 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Willy Stieler. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Douglas Denturck tried to sneak it across the goal line. CERPA were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Germany's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Benedicto Medero took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Wilhelm Volle got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tommy Kahn quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Sven Krakouer hit a great ball. In the 21st match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven Krakouer to maneuver through the defense. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedicto Medero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Malte Schiele hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Benedicto Medero struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CERPA. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of CERPA booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Krakouer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benedicto Medero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauricio Macías in the 42nd minute of play. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Victoriano Tonete sent off a good shot on target. Adrian Dreifuss kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frank Sachs to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Mauricio Macías notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 58th minute Mauricio Macías shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Macías in the 64th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65thth minute of the game Mauricio Macías who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mauricio Macías received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Malte Schiele kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Wilhelm Volle hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. When Victoriano Tonete came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the CERPA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victoriano Tonete couldn't finish the play. Efrain Roldan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eugenio Asier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 84th minute of play. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efrain Roldan in the 88th minute of play. In the 90th minute Efrain Roldan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CERPA walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
