After a rather tough play, Rovine Craiova's Kacper Štilić got a free kick in the 4th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Major Barna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victor Negara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 9 minutes of play, Rovine Craiova's Manole Frunză made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fodor Daniel was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 11th minute, Shen Xi Bang left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rovine Craiova fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Shen Xi Bang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. If Alexandru Tudorică had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rovine Craiova's goalkeeper Victor Negara, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rovine Craiova's Victor Negara proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Rovine Craiova from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Manole Frunză in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 25 minutes, Manole Frunză managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rovine Craiova's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manole Frunză was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 27 minutes into the match, Manole Frunză notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Hungary's Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rovine Craiova's Victor Negara proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Rovine Craiova from getting a goal against them. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandru Tudorică in the 44th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manole Frunză in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodor Daniel saved Hungary from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Manole Frunză put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Fodor Daniel. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The audience was convinced that Manole Frunză's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. In the 61st minute, Nicolae Negrilă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the last second Fodor Daniel throw himself and got hold of the ball when Manole Frunză in the 79thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The corner led Rovine Craiova's Oscar Caballero to fire away a dangerous shot which Fodor Daniel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Major Barna notched a goal, 1-7, to the right of Rovine Craiova's Victor Negara. Victor Negara was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Rovine Craiova booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Katona Janos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manole Frunză, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. With an all-out effort, Rovine Craiova's Fodor Daniel threw himself towards the right post 92 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alexandru Tudorică, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Rovine Craiova's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alexandru Tudorică in the 93rd minute. The Rovine Craiova supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Rovine Craiova would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
