Szczakowianka's Zula Kosiorek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 9th minute of play. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donald Voldfrom, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donald Voldfrom in the 11th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Szczakowianka's Zula Kosiorek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 14th minute of play. The supporters of Italy booed when Szczakowianka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norbert Blicharz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Zaccheo Andolina notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Szczakowianka's Zula Kosiorek. Zula Kosiorek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience held their breath when Porziano Marchitelli in the 22nd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Zula Kosiorek's left hand side. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donald Voldfrom, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Porziano Marchitelli might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zula Kosiorek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Porziano Marchitelli ran back to his position shaking his head. 34 minutes into the match, Donald Voldfrom dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Flavio Vittori, 1-1. Flavio Vittori made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leo Eguzki in the 38th minute. Norbert Blicharz got a throw-in 39 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Gitano Adán. Flavio Vittori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedykt Perkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Szczakowianka's zone, Zaccheo Andolina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zula Kosiorek came out of the goal and Zaccheo Andolina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Italy's Sostene Vitulli got a free kick in the 47th minute. Sostene Vitulli hit a great freekick 49 minutes into the match. Flavio Vittori made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wladyslaw Magdziarz in the 49th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benedykt Perkowski was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Wladyslaw Magdziarz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Flavio Vittori was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gitano Adán made in the 58th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Italy's Siricio Liotta. In the 99th minute Adriano Curto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zula Kosiorek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, Szczakowianka could leave the field as winners, despite Italy having more of the ball for most of the match.
