The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Omar Toledo to strike the kick off in the second half. When Besim Vecdet came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Besim Vecdet couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's Gottfrid Hedström got control of the ball when Carles Cherro tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's zone, Pau Herrero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat.
