Vampiros Aztecas's 武 曹操 couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 16th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Atletas Campesinos F.C.. In the 20th minute, Joel Federigo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Macedonio Fonticoba blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulo Rosio having to make a save. In the 24th minute Macedonio Fonticoba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Rosio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Vampiros Aztecas's Paulo Rosio threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Macedonio Fonticoba, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvestre Gonzo in the 30th minute of play forced Vampiros Aztecas's goalkeeper Freddie de Nooijer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joel Federigo got free with Freddie de Nooijer in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paulo Rosio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romulo Resto in the 54th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Freddie de Nooijer successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.
