LANUS's Cristian Mergildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Bizen in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Justo Elequemedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th minute of the match Atilano Tonio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cecilio Gonza showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 14th minute, one of C.A. LANUS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for C.A. LANUS. Cristian Mergildo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Bizen, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ke Yan got free with Cristian Mergildo in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 27 minutes into the match, C.A. LANUS's goal looked a bit too open when Mao Ao Gang came free, but Cristian Mergildo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Aldo Bizen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Mergildo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ke Yan in the 33rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mao Ao Gang got free with Cristian Mergildo in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristian Mergildo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mao Ao Gang in the 37th minute of play. Mao Ao Gang recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot 41 in the game by Mao Ao Gang from a close distance when the talented Cristian Mergildo managed to make a qualified save. C.A. LANUS's players were relieved. LosAndes666's Mao Ao Gang came free and shot a quick shot against goal 41 minutes in the game, fortunately Cristian Mergildo had problems saving as it came toward the left post. In the 42nd minute, Remigio Bartoli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd minute of the match, Ke Yan got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cristian Mergildo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a defensive mix-up in C.A. LANUS's zone, Aldo Bizen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristian Mergildo came out of the goal and Aldo Bizen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Erik Lamela kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ke Yan was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ke Yan in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristian Mergildo saved C.A. LANUS from getting behind. Cristian Mergildo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mao Ao Gang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The LosAndes666 fans' excitement grew in the 89th match minute when LosAndes666's Donato Iyan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. LANUS's goalkeeper Cristian Mergildo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the game, LosAndes666's Cristóvão Santana nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristian Mergildo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. There was no doubt that LosAndes666 were the better team. LosAndes666's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
