Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Manole Frunză kicked off to start the match. After 6 minutes Rovine Craiova's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandru Tudorică in the 8th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Manole Frunză sped through Hungary's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. In the 14th minute, Major Barna reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Victor Negara. The goal made the score 1-1. 22 minutes into the match, Manole Frunză had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fodor Daniel. Hungary's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manole Frunză was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. With a little luck, Rovine Craiova's Victor Negara got control of the ball when Major Barna tried to sneak it across the goal line. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rovine Craiova's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. The audience was convinced that Manole Frunză's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Victor Negara was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Antal Valentin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Antal Valentin really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manole Frunză during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Manole Frunză kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Rovine Craiova's Victor Negara proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Rovine Craiova from getting a goal against them. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jyrki Saarelainen, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Shen Xi Bang took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antal Valentin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jyrki Saarelainen's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Fodor Daniel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 56th minute, Jyrki Saarelainen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Victor Negara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 61st minute of play. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Rovine Craiova getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Nicolae Negrilă hit a great ball. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manole Frunză's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. The audience was convinced that Manole Frunză's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Jyrki Saarelainen sent off a good shot on target. Major Barna struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Victor Negara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manole Frunză in the 80th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victor Negara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Balazs Lajos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manole Frunză in the 89th minute. Hungary's Fodor Daniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Hungary from getting a goal against them. Manole Frunză could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Fodor Daniel made a huge save. Alexandru Tudorică fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 96th minute of play forced Rovine Craiova's goalkeeper Victor Negara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Hungary manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Rovine Craiova to win.
