Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Frank Sachs started the match with the kick off. Domingo Bulnes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 4th minute of the match Germany got a corner. ✪ XV de Umarizal's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Frank Sachs ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Luiz Fabiano Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albin Holweck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Domingo Bulnes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. Adriano van Beek took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano van Beek in the 19th minute of play. Adriano van Beek took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Adriano van Beek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adriano van Beek, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Adriano van Beek took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Sachs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Domingo Bulnes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adriano van Beek made a kick off. After a rather tough play, ✪ XV de Umarizal's Naldo Passos got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After 57 played minutes ✪ XV de Umarizal got a freekick which was hit by Raimundo Guerra. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tommy Kahn had in the 62ndth minute some difficulties stopping Valdomiro Ribeiro's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Valdomiro Ribeiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. Adriano van Beek's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tommy Kahn firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 71st match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Dreifuss to maneuver through the defense. ✪ XV de Umarizal's Edmílson Silva was substituted for Raimundo Guerra. In the 72nd minute, Adrian Dreifuss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Germany's defense didn't have a chance, in the 74th minute, when Adriano van Beek scored to the left of an out of position Tommy Kahn, making the score, 1-5. In the 80th minute of the match ✪ XV de Umarizal got a corner. Germany's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eliézer Paranaense ran over to the corner to take the kick. Eliézer Paranaense made a great header on ✪ XV de Umarizal's corner, it was just that Germany's Tommy Kahn managed to reach the ball for a save. Adriano van Beek took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6. Edmílson Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After 90 minutes of play, ✪ XV de Umarizal's Adriano van Beek made it 1-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there!
