A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great ball. In the 9th minute, Paddy McNeish got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paddy McNeish, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the match, Theo McNeish notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 17 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Paddy McNeish came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Blair McClure had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jake Enrick fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. The Germany players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Floodish FC were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frank Sachs to strike the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 54 in the game by Paddy McNeish from a close distance when the talented Tommy Kahn managed to make a qualified save. Germany's players were relieved. Albin Holweck kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 62nd match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Dreifuss to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute Theo McNeish shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Johnny Davie tried to sneak it across the goal line. Blair McClure could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. Keith Scotland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 76th minute of play. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. 86 minutes into the game, Floodish FC's Paddy McNeish nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 88th minute, Willie McLeay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Keith Scotland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 89th minute of the match. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Theo McNeish, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. When the final whistle sounded Floodish FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Germany.
