The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 19th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cyryl Soszka was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Casper Claes made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when 庄潮勇 sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Belgium getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Laurens Vandamme hit a great ball. After 29 played minutes Belgium got a freekick which was hit by Siebe Michiels. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edward Vanderstraeten in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cyryl Soszka saved RAKMO from getting behind. 32 minutes into the match, RAKMO's Ofelio Lagunas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Casper Claes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Casper Claes made an important save on a dangerous shot by 庄潮勇 in the 35th minute. A collision led to RAKMO getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Wlodzimierz Resel hit a great ball. If Edward Vanderstraeten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Casper Claes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lazcano Rio, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Cyryl Soszka didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edward Vanderstraeten went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edward Vanderstraeten was the one to do the kick off. RAKMO's Cyryl Soszka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save RAKMO from getting a goal against them. Edward Vanderstraeten took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cyryl Soszka. Cyryl Soszka dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. If Edward Vanderstraeten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. RAKMO's Cyryl Soszka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save RAKMO from getting a goal against them. Cyryl Soszka made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a good shot on target. Cyryl Soszka made an important save on a dangerous shot by Siebe Michiels in the 87th minute. Marcus Paulin charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcus Paulin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cyryl Soszka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
