Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Johnny Davie in the 12th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Paddy McNeish came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute of the match, Hegedus Henrik tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Keith Scotland saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hegedus Henrik got free with Keith Scotland in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hegedus Henrik in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Keith Scotland, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 23 minutes of play, Floodish FC's Paddy McNeish made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fodor Daniel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Keith Scotland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Antal Valentin made a precise shot to the right of Keith Scotland. Floodish FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Theo McNeish, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. If Blair McClure had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paddy McNeish, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 44 minutes into the game, Major Barna recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Keith Scotland. Major Barna showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paddy McNeish was the one to do the kick off. Floodish FC's Johnny Davie got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hungary's Fodor Daniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Hungary from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Floodish FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Willie McLeay hit a great ball. When Floodish FC's Paddy McNeish in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hungary's goalie prevented a goal. In the 67th minute of the match Floodish FC got a corner. Hungary's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jake Enrick ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jake Enrick made a great header on Floodish FC's corner, it was just that Hungary's Fodor Daniel managed to reach the ball for a save. Sam Fletcher got in the 78th minute a good position and tried a long shot which to a great surprise passed a very astonished Fodor Daniel. This was a shot which ended in a score of 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 82nd minute of play forced Floodish FC's goalkeeper Keith Scotland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Floodish FC defense, Antal Valentin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Keith Scotland. The Floodish FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Keith Scotland should have stopped the shot. There was no doubt that Hungary were the better team. Hungary's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
