Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) 5 minutes into the match, Danny Eising had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Keld Paulsen. Denmark's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Danny Eising was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Patrick Redan hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Nigel Need took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikkel Wulff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After taking down the ball on Denmark's corner Chris Nygaard fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Nigel Need quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of SV Wissenkerke booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Bendtsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Danny Eising in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Keld Paulsen saved Denmark from getting behind. Gerjan Staarman made in the 15th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Danny Eising however managed to control. After having played for 16 minutes, Freek Lange managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SV Wissenkerke's supporters crossed their fingers, but Freek Lange was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bjarne Kirkegaard hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Mirko Boezem came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Godfried Breinburg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Keld Paulsen. Denmark's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The corner ended in Chris Nygaard almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SV Wissenkerke's Nigel Need did a great save. After 32 minutes, Gerjan Staarman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chris Nygaard stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Nygaard in the 51st minute of play forced SV Wissenkerke's goalkeeper Nigel Need to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute, Chris Nygaard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nigel Need was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. SV Wissenkerke were furious when Patrick Redan was red carded, 57 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee gave Denmark a penalty, 58 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Chris Nygaard, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of SV Wissenkerke's Nigel Need. 2-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bertram Svenningsen in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nigel Need saved SV Wissenkerke from getting behind. A sloppy throw-in by Freek Lange in the 65th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Denmark's Theis Winther. Sjors Breugel kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind SV Wissenkerke's goalkeeper Nigel Need, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bertram Svenningsen in the 74th minute of play forced SV Wissenkerke's goalkeeper Nigel Need to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute Denmark were awarded a corner. Chris Nygaard went to the cornerflag to take it. Theis Winther hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mirko Boezem in the 85th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Bertram Svenningsen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nigel Need was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-3. Nigel Need came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Denmark's Chris Nygaard. But to his dismay, Chris Nygaard quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-3.
