With a left leg Cornelio Nardo saved DESTROY from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Jay-Jay West's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. DESTROY's Cornelio Nardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 11th minute of play. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jay-Jay West took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 25 minutes Germany's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Santiago Orlan who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Santiago Orlan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Germany's Tommy Kahn did a great save. Jay-Jay Wests short, quick shot in the 28thth minute got Tommy Kahn to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Faustino Jakes hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the match, Germany's Frank Sachs sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cornelio Nardo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of DESTROY booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janik Vogt didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jay-Jay West stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Sachs got free with Cornelio Nardo in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Frank Sachs received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cornelio Nardo came out and tried to block the shot, but Frank Sachs slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 63rd minute. In the 65th minute, Miguel Arotza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 68th minute of play forced DESTROY's goalkeeper Cornelio Nardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 70 minutes into the match, DESTROY's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Dreifuss came free, but Cornelio Nardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 71st minute of play forced DESTROY's goalkeeper Cornelio Nardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frank Sachs spun around in front of the goal 72 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of DESTROY's goal. When Serafin Servando fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DESTROY's protests and gave Serafin Servando a yellow card for diving instead. Serafin Servando kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Frank Sachs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Cornelio Nardo made a huge save. 89 minutes into the match, DESTROY's Jay-Jay West sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 92nd minute, Albin Holweck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Germany's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because DESTROY had won, even though Germany had held more of the ball.
