Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd match minute, Garrapatita Futbol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernan Garoa to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 15 minutes, David Eikelkamp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Eikelkamp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 17th minute, Alan Turin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hermengildo Jaume took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute Fernan Garoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernan Garoa, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fernan Garoa in the 21st minute. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernan Garoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alan Turin in the 27th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hermengildo Jaume. Garrapatita Futbol's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gustaaf Groeneveldt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Garrapatita Futbol's Hermengildo Jaume played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 35th minute of play. In the 40th match minute, Garrapatita Futbol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Turin to maneuver through the defense. A nice corner shot did that David Eikelkamp got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hermengildo Jaume quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of Garrapatita Futbol booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustaaf Groeneveldt didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Netherlands were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alan Turin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hermengildo Jaume. Garrapatita Futbol's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gijsbert ter Kruimer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Hermengildo Jaume showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Wilmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. When Ignacio Cresenciano fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Garrapatita Futbol's protests and gave Ignacio Cresenciano a yellow card for diving instead. With a little luck, Garrapatita Futbol's Hermengildo Jaume got control of the ball when Wim Wilmes tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 68 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by David Eikelkamp. After a defensive mix-up in Garrapatita Futbol's zone, Gijsbert ter Kruimer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hermengildo Jaume came out of the goal and Gijsbert ter Kruimer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. David Eikelkamp hit a great ball. Hermengildo Jaume made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Meesters in the 78th minute of play. Marcos Roldan took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnout Reekers. Arnout Reekers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Roldan in the 83rd minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute Netherlands were awarded a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Egbert Nijveldt got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hermengildo Jaume quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The corner led Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer to fire away a dangerous shot which Hermengildo Jaume despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Gorri in the 93rd minute of play. In the 95th minute, Siro Sindo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnout Reekers was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. When the final whistle sounded Netherlands left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Garrapatita Futbol.
