Cod Muddle did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Tommy Kahn 38 minutes into the match. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Frank Sachs made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cod Muddle in the 54th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. HASSELHOFF BABES's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Germany the free kick. Cod Muddle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brice Schutt in the 75th minute of the match. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cod Muddle in the 79th minute of play. HASSELHOFF BABES's Cod Muddle got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by Germany's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Brice Schutt was slow to take the kick. During this time HASSELHOFF BABES's players had a chance to rest. The corner led HASSELHOFF BABES's Brice Schutt to fire away a dangerous shot which Tommy Kahn despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in HASSELHOFF BABES fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 87th minute. Penalty!
